People go along with their peaceful lives, and when disaster hits panic arises. Within a disaster comes the danger of death. People risks their lives to save others. They are then heroes, because they feel as if saving someone is the right thing to do. Saving and helping others means that the person cares enough to save someone and has the heart to do so. That person's courage is strong and the world needs people with courage.
In disasters there is panic. There are Some that put their lives first. When panic rises people think of their survival. The instinct of survival makes people want to save themselves, so that they live and see another day. Even if that means only saving them self. Some of those people might feel a string of regret. They regret not doing something to save someone that they could have saved. In that moment it will haunt them until they learn to accept their mistake, fix it, and forgive themselves.
In the act of a disaster you can easily tell who is courageous, cowardly, and need desperate help.
Excellent analysis of the topic. Only one correction, "The instinct of survival makes people want to save themselves, so that they live and see another day. Even if that means only saving them self." Blend these two sentences together.
